The Platform Automatic Laser Welding Machine is a high-precision welding equipment that combines laser welding technology with an automated control platform. It is usually composed of a laser generator, a welding head, an automatic moving platform (such as X/Y/Z axis), a control system, and a cooling system, and is mainly used for efficient and precise welding of metals and some non-metallic materials.

1. High welding accuracy
The platform-type automatic laser welding machine adopts a high-precision ball screw and linear guide system, which can achieve stable motion control of the platform, and its repeatable positioning accuracy can reach ±0.01mm. This level of accuracy can meet the welding needs of workpieces with high requirements for weld size consistency and positioning, and is particularly suitable for micro or thin-walled products such as medical stainless steel needles and lithium battery leads.

 

2. Fast welding speed
Laser welding is a high-energy density processing method with concentrated heat and fast conduction speed. Compared with traditional TIG/MIG welding methods, its processing efficiency is significantly improved. Taking stainless steel material with a thickness of 1mm as an example, the laser welding speed can reach 30-60 mm/s, which is 3-5 times that of ordinary arc welding, and is particularly suitable for automated production lines with requirements for production rhythm.

 

3. Small heat-affected zone
Since laser welding is a non-contact processing, the energy is highly concentrated in a small area, and the overall heat input is low, so the heat-affected zone of the parent material is significantly reduced. This feature effectively controls the quality problems such as warping and distortion of the workpiece caused by thermal deformation during welding. Taking 0.5mm thick stainless steel as an example, after laser welding, the deformation of the workpiece is controlled within the range of 0.3% to 0.5%, which is significantly better than traditional welding methods and can better maintain the dimensional accuracy and surface integrity of parts.

 

4. Intelligent control system
The equipment is equipped with an industrial-grade touch screen and a user-friendly operation interface. The system supports the import of common graphic files such as DXF and PLT. Users can quickly generate welding paths through drawings and realize one-click programming. At the same time, the system has built-in multiple path templates for calling, which is convenient for switching between different process tasks. The operation interface has low requirements for technicians and is suitable for rapid training and employment.
