Customized and Mass-produced Industrial Laser Equipment
Suzhou Lvming Laser Equipment Co., Ltd. provides customized equipment for laser cutting, welding, marking, and other applications for factories and equipment manufacturers processing materials such as metal and plastic. We not only offer OEM production based on customer drawings, but also complete equipment design and manufacturing tailored to your specific processing requirements.
We manufacture laser equipment based on customer drawings, specifications, and branding requirements. We support customization of housing color, logo placement, and user interface language, and can ship products directly under your brand.
Customers specify processing materials, processing methods, and control methods. We handle structural design, optical selection, electronic control development, and software interface development, completing the complete system solution and delivering production-ready equipment.
Customization Options
Wavelength and Power: We customize laser wavelengths (355nm/532nm/1064nm, etc.) and power ranges (20W–3000W) based on processing materials (metal, plastic, ceramic, etc.) and process requirements (depth, speed, and precision).
Optical System: Optional high-speed galvanometers, variable-focus lenses, and beam expanders are available to meet applications such as precision welding, high-speed cutting, and high-resolution marking.
Workspace Dimensions: Customizable processing platform sizes (e.g., 200×200mm, 600×600mm, 1200×1000mm, etc.) are supported to accommodate workpieces of varying sizes.
Automation Integration: The equipment seamlessly integrates with robotic arms, conveyors, and intelligent warehousing systems to achieve full process automation.
Control Interface Languages: Supports multilingual interfaces including Chinese, English, Japanese, and German, facilitating global user experience.
Software Integration: Compatible with mainstream industrial software such as CAD/CAM/MES, and offers APIs or plug-ins for remote monitoring, data traceability, and automated process parameter recall.
Exterior Color and Finish: Available in black, white, silver-gray, or custom colors; surface finishes include powder coating, electroplating, matte finish, and brushed finish.
Packaging: Available in neutral cartons, branded color boxes, or protective wooden boxes. Customized packaging is also available based on customer designs.
Brand Display: A silk-screen logo or metal nameplate can be applied to the device housing, or the customer's brand can be uniformly displayed on the packaging and manual.
Accessories: A standard tool kit, operating manual, multi-language guide, installation aids, remote operation videos, and other supporting support are provided.
Customization Process
Requirements Communication
In-depth discussions are conducted with the customer regarding the actual application scenario, processing materials, process requirements, and budget constraints to clarify the core parameters and customization goals of the laser device.
Solution Design
Based on the customer's needs, a detailed technical solution, structural diagrams, and exterior renderings are provided, specifying key configurations such as laser wavelength, power, platform size, and control system.
Prototype Development
Prototypes are produced, assembled and debugged, and key functions are tested. Upon customer approval, small-scale trial production begins.
Mass Production
After the prototype passes testing, a formal mass production contract is signed, a production schedule and material plan are established, and mass production begins.
Quality Inspection and Shipping
Comprehensive quality testing is conducted, including laser output stability testing, control system response testing, and a full-machine burn-in test run, to ensure the device meets quality standards before shipment.
After-sales support
Provide customers with remote technical guidance, operation training videos, and software update services. When necessary, arrange technical engineers to perform on-site installation and troubleshooting.
